Licensed Professional Counselor | Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider
Jessica Foster is a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting families navigating the complexities of medical trauma. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and certifications in integrative mental health, Jessica combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a deep understanding of the unique emotional challenges faced by medically complex families.
Jessica’s passion for this work is deeply personal. Her son was born at just 24 weeks gestation, spending five months in the NICU followed by a three-month stay in the PICU, where he had a tracheostomy placed. Through this journey, Jessica intimately experienced the overwhelming stress, uncertainty, and resilience required to care for a medically fragile child. This lived experience fuels her commitment to providing empathetic, trauma-informed support to families facing similar challenges.
Her expertise includes trauma-informed care, caregiver support, and resilience-building strategies designed to empower parents, siblings, and individuals coping with chronic illness and medical stress. Jessica’s approach is client-centered, empathetic, and tailored to meet each family’s distinct needs.
She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where healing and hope can grow alongside the challenges of medical care. Jessica believes that with the right support, families can find strength and balance even in the most difficult circumstances.
